Iftar

I remembered it very clearly. The same sentence that my dad used to say when I told him, I’m going to KL….. “itu kalau pegi KL tuh.. mesti balik lambat la tuh, janji this day, mesti sampai the next day”… hahahahahha. Betul la orang kata, “ ini la jadi kalau orang ulu pergi bandar..” Kesian aku. Heheheh

So last week, as soon I told my parents that I’m going to KL to breaking fast party… (Party = different people at different places).. and I PROMISED them to be back by Sunday. I’m intending to honor the promise. ( Bulan puasa kan, x baik memungkiri janji..macam la bulan lain its ok to break it ).

Friday.. sampai ke KL around 3 o’clock… upon arriving at Wangsa Maju, quickly rushed to my fren’s office for my 1st iftar. With the same old buddies from Uni. Tak sangka plak dekat Uptown tuh ada some nice restaurant. I mean, we ate Ala- carte, order macam org gila, yang dtg dalam 9 orang aje.. tapi order nak dekat 15 org punya food. My own drinks sahaja dah menyamai 3,4 people punya keperluan. Water is still the best. Cuma kat kedai tuh.. you cannot order drinks in jugs.. Damn you!. Nak untung lebih.

Siap pergi sembahyang terawih lagi kt masjid dekat roundabout dekat Uptown tuh. Uptown, terawih and a mosque… doesn’t feel right in one sentence kan?. Tapi kids in that mosque, sejuk perut mak mengandung, habis aje sembahyang 8, siap buat circle and read AL-QURAN!. Aku tgk pun happy je. Walaupun aku sendiri pun x buat. Bangga sungguh aku tengok perubahan kawan2 aku ni. Sign of maturity I guess. Habis terwaih, ada moreh sendiri2 lagi. Dekat kedai mamak pulak, joined by another friends.. Ahhhhh.. it surely worth it in every single time and cents paid.

The next day, before the main event.. which is shopping. Heheheheh. Berjaya jugak bangun pagi. Not that early la, for tyre balancing and alignment. Aduhhh. Kapak duit aku, out of sudden, tiba2 mechanic tuh ckp tyre kena tukar 2 bijik. “ Not safe for long distance journey “. Melayang duit aku, nasib baik la ada cash money. Kalau tak, puas jugak nak carik bank.

So, the initial plan for that day is to break fast with some my new friends that I knew recently in Cherating, the HQ guys la. Siap dua kali kena cancel plan. Aduh.. pretty piss of jugak mula2. Tapi… shit happens kan. Maybe next time and event la kut. So, paksa my sister in law and my bro to berbuka di luar. And since I’m doing my shopping in KLCC, it’s a lot easier to eat there.

Santini is the place, one row with Starbucks and beside San Francisco steakhouse kut ( x ingat nama ). Nice food, a LOT of drinks and foods. At the end of the day, minum sampai macam bunting and makan lamb je aku. Hahahahhaha. Pening2 kepala makan daging byk. No pics to put since the memory card of my sis’s camera ada problem kut. Memanjang nak kena reformat. *Sigh*

At the end of the day, I managed to honour my promise. Balik ke rumah on SUNDAY with my sister. That’s the only thing yang penting. Yup!.

Domestic Animals

Whether you like them or not, there will be at least one domestic animal in your house. Right?. So far, my family live happily with several other animals such as errrr.. cats, ants ( our public enemy ), cockroaches and big lizard named Rasul. Cool eh?. I’m not sure who in the right mind will call that huge lizard with that name. But I guess, she know that right?. Rasul sometimes make his presence felt by making this distinctive sound that is more like a cough but in more destructive way.

So here, let me present to you, our latest addition to ever growing domestic animals, swarm of bee!. Yeap, you heard it right. Lebah!. Ada satu koloni(?) makhluk ini yang datang dengan bahagia about last month kut, and make themselves comfortable on one of the trees in front of my house.

Pelik jugak makhluk ni, out of sudden they came and conquer a branch of that tree. My dad actually urging everybody to NOT BUGGING them!. Let them feel comfortable and welcome in our yard.

So, berjya la jugak kitaorg duduk dlm satu ekosistem yg seimbang. Tapi, ku ingatkan panas ke petang, rupanya mendung jua pada tenghari.. ( betul ker eh? ). My mom kena sengat last week kut, sempat la kut kena sengat 2,3 ekor lebah. Mula mengelabah semua orang. Entah apa yang diaorang protest, aku tak tau ler. Penuh dia berterbangan dekat lampu dekat porch.

Tapi takper lah, after that incident, nampaknya semuanya dah stabil skit. Takpelah, kalau lepas ni, dia buat hal lagi. Aku tanpa segan silu akan call bomba plak. Hehehehhe

Productive weekend!!

I had a great weekend. I mean what else could you ask for more?. Meeting really old friends from Secondary School?, break fast with them? and had someone paid for that? And meet another old friend, a neighbor actually who is incidentally working at that restaurant as a head chef.

That was pretty much how I’ve spent my last weekend. Just when you thought the trip to Kuantan would be tiring, some twist of event did happened the night before it. It was a pleasant surprised to receive a call from my old buddy just after break fast, a friend who I never meet since I moved to MRSM.

The meeting was splendid even though only two of them who are coming, but boy I’m glad in knowing they were in Kuantan. Right now, I’m officially had a lot of friends in Kuantan… hehehhehe, something which I’m very grateful to have. Before this, I actually can count my friends in Kuantan using only my 5 fingers. Probably after this, I need more that both of my hands I guess. Heheheheh.

Maybe next time, all of us can meet properly and hang out just like old times. I should do that probably next month. The place itself is very nice and calm. Perfectly fit my favorite hang out spot. So, if any of you guys were planning going to Kuantan, make yourself in the direction of Telok Chempedak and find a restaurant name, Palm Beach. If you don’t know how to get there, ask around, you won’t be disappointed.

Let me go over all the event back, old friends, a perfect place, old neighbor and strengthened friendship with my old friends. Yup, that is what I called a productive week!!.

Confirm!!!!

Its confirm!!!, today I got a called from HP, telling me the least news that i want to hear..

" Your laptop is ready and sorry to say.. your data cannot be recovered...".

*Sigh*. Shit do happen eh?. As expected.. kurang pahala posa aku tadi after listening the news..

Takpe lah.. life goes on kan?. Bulan posa macam ni, dugaan mmg byk. Banyak2 la bersabar.

Kena pergi Kuantan lagi nampaknya weekend ni!

Aduhai. Memang jatuh di timpa laptop betul aku setakat ni. Dah la laptop rosak, pastu timpa plak laptop tuh atas mata aku. Tak pasal2 kene penyakit mata aku. Memang ini penangan adik aku dari matriks last week.

Ada ker bawak balik sakit mata his family. Habis semua adik beradik aku tak pasal2 kena. Seram wooo, tgk semua mata bengkak merah jer. Especially when nak bersahur, dah la sorang2 muka serabai je baru bangun, pastu mata sorang2 bengkak. Hahahaha. The best part is, both of my parents selamat dari kena penyakit tuh.

Habis stylo aku tadi dalam lab. Macam S. Jibeng jer aku, siap dengan sunglass hitam dalam lab. Hahahah. Thank god all my participant understand and doesn’t bother to called and ask me question, because seriously I am in no mood of answering question. Kesian MT aku dibuatnya. Dah la last week demam.

Bad news..

Bad news to me. *Sigh*. My high flying week was brought down to earth abruptly when my laptop’s HDD crashed out of sudden last Friday. I think dah kena penyakit dari Nad kut? Since dia pun kena HDD crash. Nak kena mintak compensation dari dia nih. Hehe.

So pergi la ke Kuantan last week, with the plan of sending the laptop and the car to the respective service centre. Dah la selamba badak je hantar ke kedai yang tutup, mana la nak tau kan, kedai tuh tutup hari Sabtu.

So, comes the most nervous part in the hour.
“Bila siap eh?”
“1 week la… as usual”
“So Miss, can you restore back all my data to my new HDD after this?”
“Aaaaa… not sure lah, it depends on how serious the damage on your old one”
“(Damn… !@#$%^&*@#$%^&)”
Obviously mmg kurang la pahala hari tuh. Dah la mmg panas giler kt Kuantan, ko pergi bantai cursing dalam hati sesuka hati jer… Hahahahha. Mmg lapar dan dahaga je la aku.

It is a torturing thought when knowing after this you have to redo your last batch jobs all over again. Its not like I don’t back up my data regularly, I do. It just for the last month or two, I’m not able/forget to backup all the important data.

Tak payah nak menyesal lah. Benda dah lepas, at least I’ve learnt something the hard way and I do hope any of you guys won’t have to. Let us all back up our data!!.

Cheerful Monday

Hari paling tak produktif sekali dalam nak dekat setahun aku kerja!.

Satu sentence yg perfect itu menceritakan hari aku semalam. Mesti sedih all the bosses kalau dia dapat tau aktiviti kuli2 dia. Hahahahhaah

Dari pukul 10 sampai ker balik… 4 o’clock, takda keja lain… lepak dalam YM conference je. Tapi takpa lah.. Bukan selalu kan?.Semua masih dalam mood holiday I guess. Jetlag la... apa la.. Semua alasan boleh diterima pakai..

At least I’m having fun at my work, something which is rarely happened lately. Marilah kita sama2 berdoa supaya esok akan menjadi lebih produktif!.

Oh yes... my beloved team, Juventus won yesterday in Derby D'Italia against Inter Milan, 2-0. Patut la cherfull sgt aku. Hahahahha. Perfect 8 win out of 8 games, including 2 in Champions League. Nice eh?.

Post holiday...

Hmm.. It seems like there is something wrong about myself lately. I mean, you keep hearing people telling others to go for a holiday so that when you came back from it, you will be fresh and rejuvenated. But I beg to differ, I don’t know what is wrong with my holiday, but I don’t feel fresh or rejuvenated. I do feel no urge of going to work tomorrow. Hehehehe.

The holiday was a blast one. I’m having a great time. Meeting new friends from all over the country is the highlight. Plus my team won the telematch games and volleyball. So we got ourselves with 2 big hamper that we enjoy eating a day before we went back.

No picture yet. Maybe later, when I got some of the pictures from others.So, what will tomorrow bring to me?. Let’s wait and see ya. Gosh! I hate Monday!
