Productive weekend!!

I had a great weekend. I mean what else could you ask for more?. Meeting really old friends from Secondary School?, break fast with them? and had someone paid for that? And meet another old friend, a neighbor actually who is incidentally working at that restaurant as a head chef.

That was pretty much how I’ve spent my last weekend. Just when you thought the trip to Kuantan would be tiring, some twist of event did happened the night before it. It was a pleasant surprised to receive a call from my old buddy just after break fast, a friend who I never meet since I moved to MRSM.

The meeting was splendid even though only two of them who are coming, but boy I’m glad in knowing they were in Kuantan. Right now, I’m officially had a lot of friends in Kuantan… hehehhehe, something which I’m very grateful to have. Before this, I actually can count my friends in Kuantan using only my 5 fingers. Probably after this, I need more that both of my hands I guess. Heheheheh.

Maybe next time, all of us can meet properly and hang out just like old times. I should do that probably next month. The place itself is very nice and calm. Perfectly fit my favorite hang out spot. So, if any of you guys were planning going to Kuantan, make yourself in the direction of Telok Chempedak and find a restaurant name, Palm Beach. If you don’t know how to get there, ask around, you won’t be disappointed.

Let me go over all the event back, old friends, a perfect place, old neighbor and strengthened friendship with my old friends. Yup, that is what I called a productive week!!.

Aduhai. Memang jatuh di timpa laptop betul aku setakat ni. Dah la laptop rosak, pastu timpa plak laptop tuh atas mata aku. Tak pasal2 kene penyakit mata aku. Memang ini penangan adik aku dari matriks last week.

Ada ker bawak balik sakit mata his family. Habis semua adik beradik aku tak pasal2 kena. Seram wooo, tgk semua mata bengkak merah jer. Especially when nak bersahur, dah la sorang2 muka serabai je baru bangun, pastu mata sorang2 bengkak. Hahahaha. The best part is, both of my parents selamat dari kena penyakit tuh.

Habis stylo aku tadi dalam lab. Macam S. Jibeng jer aku, siap dengan sunglass hitam dalam lab. Hahahah. Thank god all my participant understand and doesn’t bother to called and ask me question, because seriously I am in no mood of answering question. Kesian MT aku dibuatnya. Dah la last week demam.

Oh yes, this is just something that I watch from other blogs, posting a video on the page. So, I thought why not?. So, guys, enjoy!!!!.

Bad news..

Bad news to me. *Sigh*. My high flying week was brought down to earth abruptly when my laptop’s HDD crashed out of sudden last Friday. I think dah kena penyakit dari Nad kut? Since dia pun kena HDD crash. Nak kena mintak compensation dari dia nih. Hehe.

So pergi la ke Kuantan last week, with the plan of sending the laptop and the car to the respective service centre. Dah la selamba badak je hantar ke kedai yang tutup, mana la nak tau kan, kedai tuh tutup hari Sabtu.

So, comes the most nervous part in the hour.
“Bila siap eh?”
“1 week la… as usual”
“So Miss, can you restore back all my data to my new HDD after this?”
“Aaaaa… not sure lah, it depends on how serious the damage on your old one”
“(Damn… !@#$%^&*@#$%^&)”
Obviously mmg kurang la pahala hari tuh. Dah la mmg panas giler kt Kuantan, ko pergi bantai cursing dalam hati sesuka hati jer… Hahahahha. Mmg lapar dan dahaga je la aku.

It is a torturing thought when knowing after this you have to redo your last batch jobs all over again. Its not like I don’t back up my data regularly, I do. It just for the last month or two, I’m not able/forget to backup all the important data.

Tak payah nak menyesal lah. Benda dah lepas, at least I’ve learnt something the hard way and I do hope any of you guys won’t have to. Let us all back up our data!!.

Post holiday...

Hmm.. It seems like there is something wrong about myself lately. I mean, you keep hearing people telling others to go for a holiday so that when you came back from it, you will be fresh and rejuvenated. But I beg to differ, I don’t know what is wrong with my holiday, but I don’t feel fresh or rejuvenated. I do feel no urge of going to work tomorrow. Hehehehe.

The holiday was a blast one. I’m having a great time. Meeting new friends from all over the country is the highlight. Plus my team won the telematch games and volleyball. So we got ourselves with 2 big hamper that we enjoy eating a day before we went back.

No picture yet. Maybe later, when I got some of the pictures from others. So, what will tomorrow bring to me?. Let’s wait and see ya. Gosh! I hate Monday!

Finally... a holiday

Morning peeps...
I'm off today to Cherating, for a long overdue of holiday. Its a company trip actually. But I dont mind, as long I can be somewhere and resting, clear my head off. My pre holiday trip to Sungai Congkak, errrr a fortnight a go if I'm not mistaken was a blast too.
Too bad, there are too many food leftover.Maybe next we'll be better in estimating the food.
I could not wait to be at Cherating right now. Even though a bit let down by their decision in choosing Cherating, instead of some other place. An island for this destination is just perfect.
But I'm not complaining too my much. A holiday is still a holiday. Here is some picture of the trip to Sungai Congkak the other day...

ICE

I’ve just this over the radio the other day. Apparently, this movement/idea is started after the bombing in London recently. Well, after the horrifying incident, the process of finding a survivor will be started.

The medical team found a lot of injured person lying hurting on the floor. The sad thing is, they (medical team) can’t contact any of the relatives of person to be notified. They do found a lot of hand phone, but failed to determine whose number to call.

So, they came to a solution, they have already urged the public in England, to put an extra name to whomever that the public feel should be notify when something bad happened. They have chosen ICE (In Case of Emergency) for the extra name.

I think that is a wise move done by the medical team and I think we should also do the same even though I’m not too sure if our medical team can recognize the name. I for once has already put the extra name to all my family names. Who knows what might happen right?.So, no more, daddyo for daddy. It should be Dad (ICE) or (ICE) Dad. Nice eh?.

My first tag?

Baru baca Nadya punya blog the other day, tiba-tiba terperasan satu entry tuh,at the end of the paragraph, dia cakap dia nak tag a couple of guys including me. Blur jugak lah, what the hell is tagging?. Then, bila Nadya explain it to me, baru la tahu. Heheheheh. Biasa lah, baru lagi. Budak baru belajar... So I guess, this will be my first...

20 years ago. ( 6 years old )

Hmmm, I was 6 years old I believe, What most of 6 years old do at this time of his life?. Main sesuka hati la rasa2nya. Rasa2nya aku baru setahun duduk kat Muadzam Shah ni after moving from Kuantan. Maasa tu takda la terasa sangap sangat, almaklum lah kecik lagi kan. Masa mula2 pindah tuh, this so called town, takda apa2 pun lagi. It’s a new settlement, built to house the office of DARA(), which govern wilayah Pahang Tenggara. Manyak syok la masa kecik2. Kerja main je tiap2 hari. Kejap main bola, kejap main lumpur. Tapi tak byk memory sangat lah pasal this age of mine.

10 years ago ( 16 years old )

The start of a great time in my life. Dapat masuk MRSM Kuantan, the best school in Malaysia. Diterima masuk selepas dapat not that spectacular result in PMR. Starting from form 4. The best eh?. You wanna know why?. 1stly, its located in town of Kuantan, not like other MRSM which is located in some rural location. If I’m not mistaken, MRSM Kuantan is the only MRSM in town. 2ndly, its not a big deal to smoke here as long you follow the golden rule, Always throw the cigarette butt in an ashtray. Learn more about friendship. Got a girlfriend and 2 pet sisters, which is the best thing that can happen since both of them will definitely bring you something after their outings. At the end of the year, meet one of my closed friend, “Laid Back MoFo” in jamboree in Taiping.

5 years ago ( 21 years old )

Dah ada kat MMU Melaka, start all over again after government cancel program penghantaran ke luar Negara. Tak sempat pun nak habiskan A-Level, baru je setahun dalam program tuh, economy recession hit our country. Hancur harapan nak pergi UK, hehehe. Dah la bila masuk MMU, kena start balik, no credit transfer at all. Rugi setahun dalam hidup aku. Meet most of my current closed friends. Play around for most of my study times, Being single for most of the time. Learn more about friendship, meet a lot of new friends from all possible kind.

3 years ago (23 years ago)

Mula la start mengelabah, most of my closest friend is already not around, Banyak sangat goofing around. Baru la terkedek-kedek nak study. Struggle la, when you don’t use your brain that frequent and suddenly there is a sudden change of workload. Heheheh. Status?. Single rasa-rasanya.

This year ( 26 years old )

Alhamdulillah, habis jugak study aku. Dah masuk setahun kerja in this company which is provide a course for teachers all over the country. Baru je habiskan convocation aku last month. Suka mak aku tengok anak dia sorang ni berjaya jugak habiskan study dia. In the middle of reevaluating my priority in life. Kinda in the middle of important career decision, lets hope I will make the right decision.

Next year ( 27 years old )

Still not sure what and where I am at this moment. Samada habiskan my 2 years kontrak or I will be working somewhere else. Short term target for this year, buy a car for yourself. And if possible, go holiday somewhere, Italy might sounds great. Go and try to watch my team, Juventus play in Stadio Delle Alpi would be a dream come true.

10 years from now ( 36 years old )

Happily married I hope with my gracefully wife and kids. How many is still an unknown, Tak fkir lagi sampai ke tahap tuh lagi. Work?. Hmmmm. Susah nak predict. Whatever things that I do at this time, I believe its good enough to support my family. Harap-harap my life will be ok at this time, no more contract work. Maybe Allah got a better plan for me, I just didnt know that yet.

And now, I would like to tag my fellow friend, Anne. Sila lah anda, OK?. Hehehehe

Pengajaran cerita????

I had the best possible way of celebrating merdeka 2 days ago. Me and my tennis buddies (semua pakcik2… huhuhuhu) agreed on celebrating by playing tennis from 9 pm until after midnight. How cool is that eh?. Walaupun sebenarnya aku tak nampak pun persamaan antara main tennis and merdeka. But what the hell.

Diaorg siap bawak mee, air, sandwiches and all. Macam nak berkelah pulak. Adalah dalam 10 orang yang datang main termasuk. Ada lah dlm 6 set aku main. Penat nak mampus, the next day, aku tido sampai kul 11. Best giler. Adalah tgk2 fireworks since this year district level celebration is hold in Muadzam, walaupun still takda apa2 nak compared ngan others, aku rasa most of the people have a lot fun attending the ceremony.

Lupa plak. Sebenarnya aku nak cerita something. A good friend of mine, bagi tau kisah malang ni pada aku. Tapi malang ke tak... itu terpulang pada cara someone look at that story.

Aku : Weh, Happy Birtday dude. Lu bila nak kawin?. Umur dah makin tua. Kawin tak nak lagi.

Dude : Hahahahah, terima kasih2. Kawin?. Rilek dulu.Muda lagi ni. Duit pun takda lagi.

Aku : Aik?. Takkan takda duit lagi bai?. Kerja dah 2,3 tahun dah. Paling bodo pun gaji dah naik.

Dude : Ko nak tau tak, baper banyak aku dapat kenaikan gaji?.

Aku : Berapa?

Dude : 85 ringgit!.

Aku : .................................. Hahahahahah Ko biar benar?????.
Gila ker aper, duduk KL dapat raise 85 ringgit.

Dude : Tuh la, dalam paper, ckp dapat untung 2 fucking billion, tp bagi kat aku ni, 85 jer.*Sigh*

Aku : Gila ah, dah la ko a few of them yg tau pasal VoIP, selamba je byk tuh jer... Hahahahahahah. Kelakar gila ah. Sorry la sebab aku gelak. Tapi..... hahahahahah boleh la ko belanja aku this weekend. Makan kt somewhere classy ker. Tak sampai 85 pun... hahahahahah Ko tak payah la makan. Hahahahahahahahahah

Dude : Hahahahha. Bangkai punya kawan.

Well, itu la cerita nya. Kalau nak pikir2 balik. Ok la tuh. AT LEAST ada jugak dapat raised kan?. Tapi kalau pikir balik again and again, macam tak puas hati giler lah. You work your ass off from morning to night ang got rewarded with 85 ringgit increment? Damn, I feel u dude!. This week, aku datang sana, I’m gonna laugh my ass off at you. Hey.. bak kata Layback Mofo “kutuk mengutuk merapatkan silaturrahim”.Nice.

Patriotisme

How do you measure patriotism?. I dont think there is any possible way to get that value. Boleh ke kita tunjukkan betapa patriotik nyer seseorang dgn mengira berapa byk bendera yg dipasang di atas kereta? pagar? dan meja?.

Rasa mcm x masuk akal je, with all this kind of action, "lets wave our flag in showing our gratitude for being independence". Huh.. senang betul eh nak tunjuk. I just dont agree why do we need to spend a lot of money in this kind of activity when the real purpose is not reaching the possible audiance.

Sebenarnya takda point pun percakapan ni.. Cuma terasa cara yg kita praktikkan ni mcm x betul@appropriate for that. I dont think ppl can measure the level of patriotism. Its just not possible. Its just like love/hate. Can you measure that?. What kind of unit that we need to use. Kg? km?.

I think goverment shud find another effective way to potrait a better way to show how gratefull we are to be Malaysians. But honestly, I dont feel like I'm a patriotik enuff. I dont hate my country and I dont love them that much too. There are some areas that can be tweak for better. But overall, I'm happy with what I got. It could be much worse tho'.

In the mood of celebrating

I’m still in my 1 week holiday. Instead of going somewhere like before, aku pegi balik kampong. 3 hari kat sana dari hari ahad sampai le ker hari semalam. Man, panas giler kelantan. Sia2 jer bawak running shoe, poyo2 lah ingat kan nak jogging every evening sambil melihat pemandangan sawah yg menghijau.. chewah.

Daripada aku berjemur ptg dlm kepanasan yg amat, baik la lepak dlm rumah minum something cold sambil terlentang di bawah kipas. I’ll tell you, that’s the best way in getting thru extra hot weather.

Lupa plak nak wish ke kawan aku sorang ni, Wodern@Hafiz dan pasangannya Sakinah, tahniah di atas wedding korang. I’m more than honour to be part of you guys wedding. Semangat aku pegi wedding si wodern ni kt Muar, ingatkan ramai yg dtg, tp maybe semua ada hal memasing or maybe seme dah pegi belah Bangi kut.

So, kt sana terjumpa plak, salah sorang online friends aku, Miss Anne dan tunangnya. Ingatkan sempat la nak lepak2 sambil borak, emmmmm. X sempat jugak. Lain kali lah kalau ada masa dan tempat dan sesuai. Dude! Congratulation on your wedding. Semoga bahagia sampai ke anak cucu. Takda hadiah dari Gold Coast ker?. heheheh

And since, I’m in the mood of having some good news, might as well I say this also. Congratulation also to my brother and his wife for having their first baby. Yeyeye. I’m gonna become an auncle soon. Well, not that soon, maybe next year yes.

Bak kata akak ipar aku, Zureen, tahun ni nampaknya ada 2 org la mak buyung bila raya nanti.Hahahahahah. And here is the best quote of the day. “walau pun mak buyung, kedatinan mesti maintain.....”. Niceeeee!.

2 important points!

Ahhhh.. It’s been 1 week already since my convocation days. Maybe I’m a bit too late with this entry and there is not that significant to others. Plus, there are many other issues that are far more important like APs (Approved Permit and Ayah Pin) and THE haze.

But at least its important to me.

Allhamdulillah, everything went well. The weather itself is good. My parents must be delighted ( more to relieve I guess ) to see me on the stage receiving that empty box of e-scroll. His troubled son managed to finish his study.

As for me the experience itself is worth remembering, being almost the 2nd last person to be on that stage is worth it. I mean, you sit for 2 hour and a half, watching others to get on that stage and feeling sorry for them when almost no claps is heard. And when your time is up, you know the show finally is starting.

I know I’m a famous dude when I was in there, but I didn’t know I’m THAT famous… heheheh. People were clapping so hard that it makes me to stop in the middle of stage to inhale the experience…. Hehehehe. I know the reason for them to applause that hard its because its near the end of the ceremony, but hey I want to believe the claps is purposely for me. I rather believe that.

At the end of the day, there are two important points that I learned. 1st, I have a creepy smile and 2ndly you will get a sore but if you sat for 2 hour and a half without moving, just like when I watched the damn movie, Seven Swords.

Saturday, August 06, 2005

7 Swords

I dont have much to write.. Still mad with myself and the counter guy in GSC Malacca for convincing me to watch 7 Swords. Man, what a crap movie it turn out to be. The only thing that worth it watching it is, you paid 8 bucks and watch the movie for 2 and 1/2 hour!!!

Watching an interesting movie for that long is no problem eh. But imagine forcing your ass to sit THAT long and watch crappy movie. I dont even know where to start about the level of crappiness this movie manage to possesed. I guess you should go and experiance it with your own two eyes and a sore butt after 2 longest hour in your entire life.

Better get ready right now. Going to Malacca at 12 noon, again. Finally, I'm having my convocation!!!!

The road trip

Tomorrow would be my last day before I’m getting 1 week break. Man, I just couldn’t wait for it. I spent my last 1 week holiday by going for a road trip. I’m not sure if I can call it road trip or not.

First of all, I’m traveling alone, so that’s definitely erased the title itself. Most of the Holywood that I watch regarding Road Trip, it MUST be in group. But I don’t care, its my story, so I can gave what ever name I want

First stop, going to Malacca. I have 2 purpose for doing this. The most important thing is to settle some problem regarding my convocation issue. Yes, you heard it heard, convocation. For a 26 years old to be graduate is a bit odd right?. Lets just say I goof around to much while I’m there (seriously…. I regret it).

The fun part is meeting some old friends. And by saying old, I’m not saying it literally but numerically also. 3 days just hang out doing nothing is surely a heaven. Woke up a bit late from usual and didn’t do anything. Pretty much the same with what I did when I was studying, but this time.. I got the money!!!

Meeting, “the laid back mofo”, “stylist sleeper”, “day sleeper”, “sleepyhead” and those “vegetarians” from the next house is just superb. If and only if the PS2 is still there. I hate playing it actually, but watching they playing WE while trashing each other is an ideal activity at that time.

Next stop, KL. A friend of mine, “workaholic rocker” promised me to come back early from work but unfortunately; I had to wait for 2 and a half hour for him. Man, I could kill someone for that. Thank god he’s paying for my dinner. Woke up alone at 10 the next morning and went to Wangsa Maju, the last destination

Manage to have a drink with two winners from Selayang ku Sayang that night. All I can say, its not a good idea to come to KL in a weekdays, when all your friends need to work the next morning. There is not much thing to do during the night time.

Let see how I’m going to spend my next 1 week break. Oh yes, I’m not sure whether this is significant or not, but my convocation is on 7th August, so if any of you want to come. Please do. Later.

Back to normal

At last.. I'm fully recovered (excuse) from my last tennis game with arwah around 2 month ago.
I am desperately need to burn more calories right now. Sitting in front of the tv watching The Simpsons every 6.00 PM was not an ideal activity for me.

So here I am back to my usuall evening routine, playing what I like most (at this time) which is tennis. Plus, there is no harm in that when a couple or two Uniten's chicks that also playing at the same court. I bet someday they will ask me to teach them something... or at least that is what I hope will happen. Better to help other people when they are so eager to learn something new right???.Hahahahhahah

Too tired right now. 3 evening in a row after 2 month hiatus definitely make my sleep even better. Later!.

Monday, July 18, 2005

I'm old.....

I’m officially 26 years old today. Huh.. I didn’t think it would be that long already, I mean, I still didn’t achieve anything in my life yet. At least that is what I like to think.

The celebration is just moderate… Even my parents manage to ALMOST forget my birthday if it was not my sister who remind them this morning. Heheheheh. Greetings from my friends via SMS, mail and call is quite expected.

The only surprised is when my old primary school friend and my uncle is Labuan dropped me a line and wishing me my birthday. The only person who still didn’t wish me is my beloved brother and his wife. Hehehehe. Well, I don’t mind at all.

I’m still tired from my road trip last week. Better if I go to sleep now. Later….

Dilbert

I bet any of you guys have read about this comic strip. Well, since I'm in the mood of no writing, I'm just going to let you have fun reading about this. Sarcasm was brought to a new level in this strip.
You can get the rest from here
